Payment Terms

Our Business Office Manager John Zangrilli and his staff are always available to handle inquiries regarding your account in a timely and professional manner. His office is available to discuss our many payment programs as listed below, including credit card payments and an advanced payment program which pays your office a generous interest, allowing you to invest in future cases.

1. Each Case is Invoiced: A monthly statement containing each record number and charge is mailed to each doctor serviced. Full payment is required within thirty (30) days. A service charge will be computed at a monthly  periodic rate of 2% or 24% per annum on all past due balances.
2. We Accept AmEx, MasterCard, or Visa: Want to utilize a credit card for payment? We can automatically debit your credit card on the first day of every month for the previous month’s charges. Please call ahead for a credit card authorization form. Many of our dentists prefer this method of payment and take advantage of “frequent flier miles” and other credit card benefits.
3. Advance Payments: Invest in your Future! Mail in an advance payment of $2,000 or more and receive a 5% credit on your account.
4. COD: We will process your cases complete and ship to you COD.

Five (5) Year Breakage Insurance Policy

All new oral restorations and prosthetic appliances fabricated by Biogenic Dental Laboratories are insured against breakage for a period of five (5) years, virtually eliminating any laboratory fees you may pay elsewhere without compensation. All you need to do is send in the warranty slip with any fractured case fabricated by our laboratory within the five (5) year period, and we will repair or refabricate the case at absolutely no charge to you with no questions asked.

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed

If for any reason you or your patient are not completely satisfied with your restoration or prosthetic appliance, including but not limited to shade, fit, and esthetics, return the case to our laboratory. Biogenic Dental Corporation stands behind its products and will do whatever is necessary and warranted to insure your complete satisfaction.
